WARRANTY – Terms and Conditions
We guarantee our products against defects caused by faulty workmanship and materials for 2 years use from date of purchase.

Please note that some of our accessories are not covered by this warranty, please view product packaging prior to purchase.

During this guarantee period Great Expectations (Aust) Pty Ltd or their contracted distributors will REPLACE any defective products.

However, if the product included a number of accessories only the defective product or accessory will be replaced.

In the event of a product or accessory being replaced during the guarantee, the guarantee on the replacement will expire at the original date ie 2 years from the original purchase date.

This guarantee excludes defects caused by the product not being used in accordance with care instructions, accidental damage or misuse.
